QB for the Dragons and showed what determination and real desire can do. Rick suffered a shoulder seperation in the third game of the season and everyone including doctors gave Tomlin no chance to return during the season. However he did return taking the rigns once again in the second half of the Alliance game then proceeded to guide the Dragons to victories over Steubenville and Warren Harding.

Lou Tabor graced the Niles gridiron in 1939 and began a tradition that the Niles fans has enjoyed for many years the scion of one of the most athletic families in Niles history.

Lou's brother Chris was the pride of Niles in the boxing ring for Niles' Matt McGowan's Niles Police AC

Nick Roberts

Nick Roberts HB and others in 1958 and 1959 were a primary reason for the rise of Dragon Power in the 60s and 70s. Nick scored 84 points as a Dragon and was in the backfield with some outstanding Dragons such as Jim Skiffey, Mike Nori, Carmen Mazza, Bill Leonard, Tom DeMont, Ed Blanchford, Maurice Skiffey, Dave Helmick, Al Guarneri and Reggie McGinnis.
