Niles defeated Liberty, Chagrin Falls, Kent Roosevelt, Struthers, Lisbon and Barberton lost to Wooster, Girard and Warren tied Salem

John DeChristofaro a junior led Niles in scoring with 62 points of 118 points and allowed 46 points.

Niles McKinley battled Warren Harding to a 14-14 tie in Warren 1965 as a Dragon puts a quick stop to a Panther before 14,000 fans.

Fullback and Linebacker, Bob Mannella led the Dragons in tackles and assists. An All Time Niles Great started at Purdue University three years as a linebacker leading his Boilermakers in tackles and to wins over number one Notre Dame and number one Michigan. In 1975, was second in the Big 10 in pass interceptions.

Massillon with a 14-8 lead gives up another first down as Dragon center/LB Bill Watterson signals the first down. Niles will fall short on the drive and the Tigers picks up the victory.
